Jim Pyle

Mr. Pyle brings over 20 years of corporate finance, sales, business development, and marketing experience to Centivity. His areas of expertise include capital acquisition, management, forecasting, negotiation training and management, needs alignment, long-term strategic planning, simple critical number tracking and coaching.

Prior to founding Centivity, Mr. Pyle worked for several private equity and investment banking firms in various senior positions. From 1984 to 1999, Mr. Pyle was involved in several IPO's, private financing, and over 50 buy side merger and acquisition transactions.

Mr. Pyle has also been involved in entrepreneurial ventures in the oil and gas, industrial, health care, and professional services sectors; including one that specialized in small business consulting and accounting.

Mr. Pyle has decided to focus on the most rewarding endeavor of his professional career where he has been able to help individuals and teams unlock their potential and help them achieve outstanding results by building on their existing unique talents.

He would categorize his role as a motivator and catalyst - a catalyst for change that helps individuals make the most of their abilities, enabling them to reach decisions, break through barriers, learn new skills, and simply make the most of their lives. He has made surprisingly positive impacts on the companies that he has been involved with and his advice and knowledge has influenced many companies.

He has been a member of Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO), where he served as President of the Dallas Chapter from 1996-1997. He is also active in the YMCA Adventure Princess Program with his two daughters. Mr. Pyle has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Real Estate Finance from the University of Arkansas.
