Jim Pyle, possesses more than 25 years of corporate finance, business development, and marketing experience. He has achieved significant success in developing long-term business partnerships with clients in the areas of capital acquisition, management, forecasting, negotiation training and management, needs alignment, long-term strategic planning, and simple critical number tracking. Embracing the concept of a single point of contact relationship, Jim’s ongoing mission is to provide coordinated relationships with our clients, providing all services that Centivity offers.

In the years prior to Centivity, Jim worked for several private equity and investment banking firms in various senior positions. From 1984 to 1999, he was involved in several IPO's, private financing, and over 50 buy side merger and acquisition transactions. Additionally, Jim has served as CFO/Accounting Principle in three public companies and consulted to over 100 companies many of which included private/commercial financings. Jim participated in a number of merchant banking ventures in the oil and gas, industrial, health care, and professional services sectors; including consulting and accounting.

Jim has the focus and insight to deliver new solutions to an organization. Mapping current resources and needs to a desired outcome is a skill set honed over two decades of consulting and entrepreneurial experience. He has built and worked with teams as small as two and as large as several hundred.

Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Real Estate Finance from the University of Arkansas. As a former member of Young Entrepreneurs Organization (currently EO), he served as President of the Dallas Chapter from 1996-1997. He is also active in the YMCA Adventure Princess Program with his two daughters.
