Eric, Director of Social Recruitment Strategies, has more than 15 years of experience as a Senior Business Development and IT Recruiting Industry Consultant and spent the last three years as a product and marketing consultant to the first recruitment focused social network platform, Cachinko, LLC. Whether he was assisting the Human Resources group for many of the Fortune 2000 companies, or mid-market and SMB space, he understood what the number one thing companies and their recruiters look for, referrals, and that social media can be a powerful referral recruitment tool, when used correctly.

Eric is known for creating strong relationships and delivering solutions, within the highly competitive HR and technology industry, and his goals are two things: 1. Teach his clients how to increase the number of hires through their employee referral program by showing how to gain "permission based access" into their employees personal networks for the purposes of social referral recruitment. 2. Help create a best practice social recruitment strategy that can integrate with existing recruitment processes and HR information systems.

Eric has exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a truly consultative business style, strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, and a keen needs assessment aptitude. Able to identify opportunities, create focus and provide a tactical implementation plan, and bring the right people together.

Eric earned a Bachelor of Administration in Marketing and Management from Stephen F. Austin State University. He is Co-Founder of the HirePower Jobs Ministry for the Houston Bay Area and active in the Linked Local Houston Bay Area Group.
